When cooking jam, seeds from fruits must be removed, but the kernels extracted from them can be used together with the pulp. The finished jam is filled with pure high-quality vodka or alcohol in a 1: 1 ratio. The alcoholic drink is infused for about 40 days. After that, the golden thick liquid must be drained. Store in tightly sealed bottles in a cool, dark place.

To make apricot liqueur at home, you need the following ingredients:

- 1 kilogram of apricots;

- 1.5 liters of vodka;

- 500 grams of sugar;
