It is necessary

  • - 1 liter of vodka;
  • - 300 g fresh apricots;
  • - 200 ml of water;
  • - 200 g of sugar;
  • - vanillin to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse fresh apricots thoroughly and remove pits. Place the apricots in the jar where you will infuse the liquor.

Step 2

Pour a liter of vodka into a jar, add a little vanilla for flavor, and leave for 12 hours.

Step 3

Prepare sugar syrup - in a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the specified amount of sugar and plain water until the sugar is completely dissolved. Chill the resulting syrup.

Step 4

Slightly remember the apricots in the jar so that they give more juice - this will only make the future liqueur tastier. Strain the tincture through four-fold cheesecloth. We no longer need apricots, but pour sugar syrup into the strained tincture, stir.

Step 5

You can bottle the apricot syrup and seal them tightly. Refrigerate bottles for at least 2-3 weeks. The longer the liqueur is infused in the cold, the tastier it will be.
