Refreshing ice cream "Mojito" with the traditional aroma of lime and mint is so pleasant to prepare in summer. Dessert is prepared from a minimal set of products. The cooking process will not take long.
It is necessary
- - cream 25-33% - 300 ml;
- - fresh mint - 10 branches;
- - sugar - 75 g;
- - bitter chocolate - 100 g;
- - lime - 3-4 pcs.
Instructions
Step 1
Use a coffee grinder to turn sugar into powdered sugar.
Step 2
Wash the lime. Peel off a thin layer of zest (you need about 3 tablespoons of zest). Squeeze juice (50 milliliters) from the pulp.
Step 3
Rinse the mint with water, remove the coarse stems. Cut the leaves very finely. Cover the mint with powdered sugar, stir and leave for 5-7 minutes. Then pour the prepared lime juice over the mint-sugar mixture, stir and leave for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Combine cream, lime zest, mint-sugar mixture with juice. Beat the mixture with a blender at maximum speed (4-5 minutes). The mass should become homogeneous and thicker.
Step 6
Add grated chocolate to the whipped mass and stir with a spoon. Then pour the mixture into a container and place in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 40-50 minutes until the ice cream is frozen. The dessert will be ready in 4-5 hours. Put dessert in bowls, garnish with mint leaves and lime slices. Bon Appetit!
