Pasta attracts any gourmet with the variety of forms and the variety of additives to it. It is important to use durum wheat pasta, which is rich in protein, fiber, B vitamins, and combine it with foods of your own taste.

- - chanterelle mushrooms 700 g

- - cherry tomatoes 250 g

Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the onions. Cut the mushrooms into small slices and salt a little.

Fry whole garlic cloves in one tablespoon of olive oil for about 2 minutes. Remove the garlic from the pan, and place the onion in the resulting juice.

After the onion is slightly translucent, add the mushrooms and simmer together for 10-12 minutes.
Step 4
It is enough to cut the cherry tomatoes into two halves and simmer with the mushrooms under the lid for 6 minutes.
Step 5
On a coarse grater, grate hard cheese, pour into a pan with boiling vegetables and gradually pour cream over everything. Reduce heat to low and leave the pan to simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Step 6
Boil the pasta in salted water. Pour it into a frying pan with the prepared sauce and leave for a while until the pasta is soaked in it.
Step 7
It is advisable to pour over the dishes for serving pasta with boiling water or preheat in the oven so that it keeps the dish warm for as long as possible.
