It is necessary

  • - soda - a pinch;
  • - salt - 1/2 tsp;
  • - ground white pepper - 1/3 tsp;
  • - eggs - 3 pcs;
  • - sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
  • - sprats - 1 bank;
  • - champignons - 200 g;
  • - bulbs - 2 pcs;
  • - potatoes - 4 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

Boil the potatoes directly with the peel. Cool and peel, cut into slices. Chop the onion finely, fry until lightly browned over medium heat. Cut the champignons into slices, place in the pan with the onion.

Step 2

Raise the heat to high and fry the mushrooms, stirring constantly, until the liquid has completely evaporated and golden brown.

Step 3

Place the mushrooms and onions in a bowl, straining off any excess oil. Wait for it to cool down. Drain the oil from the sprats, break the sprats into pieces measuring 2 centimeters.

Step 4

Oil the mold. Put a layer of potatoes on it, add a little salt. Then a layer of fish, on top of a layer of onions with mushrooms. If fresh tomatoes are available, cut them into slices and add another layer.

Step 5

Shake together sour cream, soda, pepper, salt and eggs - this will be the filling. Pour the resulting mass into the potato-fish layers.

Step 6

Preheat oven to 180oC and bake the dish for half an hour. If hardness is needed, you can hold a little longer. Serve potato casserole with sprats cold or hot along with milk, jelly or kefir.
