The recipe came to us from Hungary. Delicate tenderloin with mushrooms is an excellent dish for a festive table.
It is necessary
- - 250 g bacon;
- - 1 kg of tenderloin;
- - 300 g of mushrooms or boletus mushrooms;
- - 10 g of paprika;
- - 2 onions;
- - 4 g of cumin;
- - salt;
- - 30 g tomato paste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut onions and bacon into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add tomato paste and spices to the skillet. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Rub the tenderloin with salt and brown a little on both sides. Pour a small amount of water into a deep baking sheet and place with the meat in the oven. Simmer until tenderloin is tender. Put the prepared meat on a dish and put it in a warm place.
Step 3
Put the mushrooms, previously cut into slices, into the pan and boil until tender. Then cut the meat into small pieces and send to the roasting pan. Boil again. Combine mushrooms, sautés, and meat.
Step 4
You can serve boiled or crushed potatoes, pasta or rice as a garnish for meat.
