At all times, bread has occupied a special place in the nutrition of people. The wheat variety is considered the most popular. This is a product that many people consume every day. After all, it is nutritious, it satisfies the appetite well, while it has a pleasant aroma and taste.
Classic wheat bread
Bread is a product that is consumed with various dishes or used for sandwiches. The usual classic recipe consists of kneading dough, infusing it and baking it. The bakery product is soft and tasty. Homemade, freshly baked bread has an appetizing aroma and a crispy crust.
To prepare it, you need the following products:
- wheat flour - 400 g;
- fresh yeast - 15 g;
- sugar - 7 g;
- warm water - 200 ml;
- salt - a small pinch;
- sunflower oil - 50 ml.
First of all, you need to prepare a dough. To do this, mix fresh yeast with sugar in a bowl. Pour a lot of warm water, add 100 g of flour and mix well so that the dough turns out without lumps. Cover the bowl with a towel and place in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Add salt and two incomplete tablespoons of vegetable oil to the dough. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Sift all the flour in advance, add a little of it through a sieve and knead the dough. Sifting flour makes the mass more airy, filled with oxygen. Thanks to this, the finished bread will not taste rubbery. To prevent the dough from sticking, constantly lubricate your hands with vegetable oil. No need to add excess flour, the mass should remain airy.
Knead the dough for 7-15 minutes, knead it well with your hands until it stops sticking to them. The finished dough becomes smooth and soft. Transfer it to a large bowl or saucepan, cover with a towel and place in a warm place to come. This process takes one to two hours. The dough should fit well to increase in size.
Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees. In the meantime, divide the finished dough in two and place in special tins. Let it come up a little more before setting it to bake. Bake the bread for 40-50 minutes.
Remove the finished bread from the oven and leave to cool on the wire rack. If desired, it can be brushed with butter until it cools. Cold wheat bread is served with any dishes.
Wheat raisin bread
To make such bread, you need a bread maker. To bake it, you need the following products:
- fresh chicken eggs - 2 pcs.;
- butter - 150 g;
- salt - 5 g;
- granulated sugar - 50 g;
- milk - 70 ml;
- wheat flour - 500 g;
- dry yeast - 10 g;
- raisins - 70 g.
Beat eggs into the bowl of the bread machine, add salt and sugar, pour in milk. Melt the butter separately until liquid and add to the rest of the ingredients.
Rinse the raisins, pour boiling water over it and strain the liquid after a minute, add it to the bowl of the bread machine. Sift the flour and add it to the bowl. Make a small indentation in it and add dry yeast.
Select the standard setting for regular bread and wait for the product to cook.
