  • - 400 grams of cottage cheese,
  • - 400 grams of cookies,
  • - 50 grams of raisins,
  • - 100 grams of butter,
  • - 4 tbsp. spoons of condensed milk,
  • - 500 ml of yogurt,
  • - 20 grams of gelatin,
  • - 30 grams of chocolate for sprinkling.

Instructions

Step 1

Grind 400 grams of cookies (such as baked milk) until finely crumbled. Mix with melted butter and condensed milk.

Step 2

Cover the detachable form with cling film, onto which transfer the mass of cookies and butter. Make a side.

Step 3

For filling.

Grind 400 grams of cottage cheese. Mix curd with raisins. Prepare gelatin (soak and dilute in a water bath).

Step 4

Add yogurt to the curd (choose the taste of yogurt to your taste), a little jam - if desired, and cooled gelatin, stir thoroughly. The filling for the pie can be absolutely any, but the basis is cottage cheese. Carefully transfer the resulting filling into a mold, then cover with plastic foil and refrigerate (about four hours, or overnight).
