    • Cream - 200 gr,
    • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon,
    • Fruit platter - 300 gr,
    • Confiture - 2 tablespoons,
    • Jelly - 1 sachet.

Instructions

Step 1

Make shortbread dough. To do this, combine butter, 1 packet of vanillin, 40 grams of sugar, 150 grams of flour and baking powder (on the tip of a knife). Knead the dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Whisk 3 tablespoons of water with egg, 75 g of sugar and 1 packet of vanillin. Combine the rest of the flour with the cocoa and remaining baking powder. Put the resulting mass in a greased form. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 175 degrees.

Step 3
