The classic French dessert, clafoutis, is prepared with cherries or cherries, but you can experiment and use plums as a filling. The pie will turn out to be beautiful and incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 20-25 plums (the amount depends on their size);
- - 85 gr. sugar (sweet tooth can use 100 gr.);
- - 100 gr. flour;
- - 50 gr. butter;
- - 150 ml of cream;
- - 100 ml of milk;
- - 4 eggs;
- - if desired, you can add ground almonds.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C. Wash the plums, cut into halves and remove the seeds.
Step 2
Line the dish (21 cm in diameter) with baking paper. Arrange the halves of the plums beautifully on top.
Step 3
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add flour, mix thoroughly so that there is not a single lump. Ground almonds can be added at this stage (to taste).
Step 4
Add milk, cream and sugar, mix well.
Step 5
Melted butter is poured into the dough last.
Step 6
Pour the plums with the finished mass. We send the form to the oven for 40 minutes.
Step 7
You can sprinkle a rosy cake with powdered sugar, but without it it looks great and appetizing!
