Many salads are prepared with chicken liver: ordinary and puff, warm and cold, festive and for the everyday table, etc. mustard.
This offal goes well with potatoes, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, apples, corn, peas, bell peppers, eggs and cheese.
This dish can be used to diversify lunch or dinner. To make a salad for 6 servings, you need:
- 500 g chicken liver;
- 3 pickled cucumbers;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 onions;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- a pinch of ground pepper;
- some vegetable oil;
- salt and mayonnaise to taste.
The liver, eggs and carrots are boiled and cooled. The cucumbers are chopped into strips. The onion is cut into thin half rings and fried with pepper and salt. At the bottom of the salad bowl, spread half the liver, onion on top, then cucumbers and mayonnaise, then a layer of carrots, mayonnaise and sprinkle the dish with grated eggs.
The dish is prepared very quickly, it will become a decoration of any festive table. To prepare it you will need:
- 500 g chicken liver;
- 2 carrots;
- 1 can of corn
- 5 chicken or 10 quail eggs;
- mayonnaise for dressing.
First, prepare the liver: put it in water with salt, boil, cool and cut into strips. Eggs are boiled, cooled and cut into cubes or strips in an egg cutter. The carrots are chopped on a coarse grater, and then all the products are poured into a salad bowl, mayonnaise and corn are added. The dish is decorated with herbs and lettuce.
