A cupcake will decorate a festive table no worse than any other delicacy. I offer you a recipe for this dessert with a very unusual name - "Vasin". I think you will like it.

- - baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon;
- - liquor - 2 tablespoons;
- - walnuts - 100 g;
- - cherries - 200 g;
- - poppy seeds - 3 tablespoons.

Step 1
With poppy seeds, do this: rinse thoroughly and dry. Then transfer to a coffee grinder or blender and grind. Combine with a teaspoon of granulated sugar. Stir the mixture well.

Pre-soften the butter at room temperature, then combine with sugar and grind. Add chicken eggs to this mass. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Pass the flour through a sieve and mix with baking powder. Add the resulting mass to the creamy egg and mix. Knead the dough. Then separate 1/4 from the finished dough and mix it with a mixture of poppy seeds and granulated sugar. In the rest of the bulk, add chopped walnuts and liquor.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter and first place the part of the dough in which the nuts and liquor are in it. Then make a small indentation in it and lay out the second part with poppy seeds.
Step 5
Rinse the cherries thoroughly and roll in flour. In this form, put the berries on the surface of the future cake, then gently press them in.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and send the dish to bake for about 40-50 minutes. Cool the finished baked goods and remove from the mold. Decorate with powdered sugar if you wish. The Vasin cupcake is ready!
