Brownies are chocolate cakes with a fairly dense texture that resembles a dense cream. For lovers of sour baking, we recommend making brownies with cranberries.
It is necessary
- - 2 cups frozen cranberries;
- - 1, 5 glasses of flour;
- - 200 g of dark chocolate;
- - 125 g butter;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 1 st. a spoonful of rum and sugar;
- - a pinch of salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Break the dark chocolate into pieces, put in a saucepan and melt in a water bath with butter until smooth. Set aside to allow the chocolate-butter mixture to cool slightly.
Step 2
Add sugar and salt to the melted chocolate and stir. Whisk in the chicken eggs and add 1 tablespoon of rum (optional). Add flour, mix until smooth.
Step 3
Sort out the cranberries, rinse, add to the resulting chocolate dough, mix gently so as not to damage the berries.
Step 4
Line a baking dish with parchment and place the dough on top of it in a 1-centimeter layer. Put in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
Step 5
Bake the cranberry brownies for 20 minutes - the top should be well baked. Check the final readiness of the dessert with a wooden stick - only a few crumbs should remain on it, since the brownie itself is damp in texture.
Step 6
Remove the brownie mold from the oven, cool for 15 minutes, then transfer to a serving platter, cut into portions.
