Brownie is a traditional American dessert. These flavored cookies are very easy to make and will appeal to absolutely all chocolate lovers.

- - 25 gr. cocoa powder;
- - half a teaspoon of baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 110 gr. butter;
- - 240 gr. bitter chocolate;
- - 200 gr. Sahara;
- - 3 eggs.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175C. Cover the form with paper and grease with butter.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.
Step 3
Melt pieces of chocolate with pieces of butter in a water bath. Remove the bowl from the water bath, add sugar and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour dry ingredients into chocolate and mix until smooth.
Step 5
We spread the chocolate dough into a mold and smooth it out. Bake brownies for 20-25 minutes. We use a wooden toothpick to check the readiness.
Step 6
Cut the completely cooled cake into neat pieces.
