Another option for delicate chocolate brownies is with peanut butter.
It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- - 75 g of dark chocolate;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 1/2 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 1/4 Art. flour;
- - 1 tbsp. cocoa powder;
- - 1 egg;
- - 100 g of peanut butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Grease two portioned baking tins with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour or line with baking paper.
Step 2
Chop the chocolate and butter with a knife into a medium cube. Melt these two ingredients together in a water bath or microwave. Do not forget that the mass must be stirred so that it is homogeneous. Cool slightly.
Step 3
Sift flour into a separate container with cocoa. Add sugar, mix thoroughly. Add a slightly cooled mixture of butter and chocolate and an egg to it, mix until smooth and transfer to molds.
Step 4
In the microwave, lightly heat the peanut butter until it softens. Place on top of the chocolate layer and use a fork or spagger to make the “marbled effect” (streaks). Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remember that the toothpick will come out of the center of the finished baked goods damp, but not wet! Cool in shape and serve.
