If you are a fan of light homemade cookies, then try homemade brownies. These fluffy chocolate chip cookies are perfect for a hearty breakfast or chilly evening.
It is necessary
- For 16 pieces:
- -1 cup almond flour
- -¼ teaspoon of sea salt
- -¼ teaspoon of baking soda
- -400 grams of 100% cocoa powder
- -3 eggs
- -1 tile of bitter chocolate
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- -7 dates without pits
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 280 degrees before starting work. Prepare a baking sheet or wire rack in advance on which you will bake the cookies. In a food processor, combine almond flour, salt, and baking soda together. Add chocolate. It can be grated or tiled. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
Step 2
Break 3 large eggs into the resulting mass from step 1. For convenience, they can be broken in a separate bowl, and then added to the combine. Remove seeds from dates. Mix everything thoroughly in a food processor.
Step 3
Pour the resulting mass into a baking dish. You can use separate silicone molds or one baking sheet. If the mixture does not lay evenly, spread it out with a tablespoon or cooking spatula.
Step 4
Bake at 180-210 degrees for 22-30 minutes. When fully cooked, remove from the oven and set to cool. Cut into small pieces if necessary.
Step 5
Sprinkle with cocoa and vanilla before serving. Ideal with hot milk or tea. Bon Appetit.
