Light in the amount of oil and calories, a variant of the famous chocolate dessert. However, this does not affect the taste: it remains the same rich!
It is necessary
- - 240 g of dark or bitter chocolate;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 2 cups sugar (add to taste);
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 squirrels;
- - 160 g prune puree;
- - 4 tsp vanilla essence;
- - 1 tsp salt;
- - 1.5 cups flour;
- - 2/3 cup cocoa powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Grease a large dish or line with baking paper.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a water bath with the addition of butter. Add (I advise you to do this gradually, trying so that it does not come out sugary!) Sugar, so that it disperses. Then let the mixture cool slightly and add eggs and whites, prune puree, vanilla and a teaspoon of salt. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Sift flour and cocoa powder into the liquid mixture. Stir lightly and transfer to prepared mold. Put in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes. Then cool completely at room temperature and refrigerate for at least an hour to make it easier to cut into portions.
