It is necessary

  • For ten servings:
  • - 2.5 kg of Atlantic salmon;
  • - 2 liters of dry white wine;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 3, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of white wine vinegar;
  • - 1 lemon;
  • - 4 carrots;
  • - 10 carnations;
  • - 2 bay leaves;
  • - 4 stalks of parsley;
  • - 1 chicken egg;
  • - 1 egg yolk;
  • - 380 ml of olive oil;
  • - lemon juice, peppercorns, dill, spices.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a medium saucepan, pour dry wine into it, add 2.5 liters of water, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion, mix with cloves, add to the wine mixture. Next, send chopped carrots, lavrushka, parsley, black peppercorns. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes. Refrigerate, pour into salmon dish.

Step 3

Salmon must be prepared: gut the fish, rinse. Put in a mold to marinade, cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let the fish cool in the sauce.
