The recipe for Atlantic salmon with dill mayonnaise will suit everyone's taste. Fragrant dill mayonnaise goes well with tender salmon - your household will remain well-fed and satisfied!
It is necessary
- For ten servings:
- - 2.5 kg of Atlantic salmon;
- - 2 liters of dry white wine;
- - 2 onions;
- - 3, 5 tbsp. tablespoons of white wine vinegar;
- - 1 lemon;
- - 4 carrots;
- - 10 carnations;
- - 2 bay leaves;
- - 4 stalks of parsley;
- - 1 chicken egg;
- - 1 egg yolk;
- - 380 ml of olive oil;
- - lemon juice, peppercorns, dill, spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a medium saucepan, pour dry wine into it, add 2.5 liters of water, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion, mix with cloves, add to the wine mixture. Next, send chopped carrots, lavrushka, parsley, black peppercorns. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes. Refrigerate, pour into salmon dish.
Step 3
Salmon must be prepared: gut the fish, rinse. Put in a mold to marinade, cover, bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let the fish cool in the sauce.
Step 4
Beat the egg, yolk and lemon juice in a blender. The consistency of the mixture should resemble a cream. Transfer the resulting mayonnaise to a bowl, add chopped dill, spices to taste.
Step 5
Transfer the Atlantic salmon to a serving plate, chop, serve with mayonnaise. Enjoy your meal!
