Instructions

Step 1

Take fresh dill, rinse it with running water, dry it with a towel. Cut the dill with a knife and place in small bags. Place them on top of each other and place them in the freezer. In this form, dill can be stored for up to 12 months.

Step 2

You can dry the dill. To do this, finely chop the greens and spread them on a flat, dry surface. Dry within 2 days, then fold into a linen bag or glass jars and consume within 6 months.

Step 3

Take dill and rinse it under water, put it in glass jars and sprinkle with salt, you can use a coarse spice, close the lids and put in a dark place.

Step 4

The pre-dried dill can be preserved even in the heat. Place it in a saucepan and close the lid tightly.

Step 5

Take dill and put it in water, remove and dry with a towel. Sterilize glass jars, put herbs there and add 2 tablespoons of 5% vinegar, 2 tablespoons, pour boiled water, cool. Place in a cool, dark place.

Step 6

In a similar way, you can cook dill in oil, but instead of water, add oil to sterilized containers and close them with iron lids. Place in a cool dry place.

Step 7

With the addition of dill, mixtures are prepared for seasoning soups. Take fresh herbs and rinse under water. Dry it. Prepare 1 kg of carrots, 1 kg of tomato and 1 kg of fresh onions, 300 g of fresh dill and 300 g of bell peppers. Put vegetables and herbs in jars, pour in 1 kg of salt and cover with lids, store in a cool dry place.

Step 8

Cut the dill greens into 4-6 cm pieces, cut the carrot roots into pieces and mix with the resulting dill. Mix thoroughly with 1 kg of salt and place in glass jars with a volume of at least 50 g. Cover with parchment paper, refrigerate and store for 6 months.

Step 9

Try growing dill on a windowsill in small pots. Add soil, plant seeds, and place on the lighter side of the windowsill. It is worth watering greens daily, growing dill at home, maybe all year round.
