- 4 tomatoes;
- 2 bell peppers;
- 10 olives;
- 2 boiled eggs;
- onion, cucumber;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;

Chop cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, onions finely. Season with salt, pepper, season with a mixture of lemon juice and butter, mix.

- 50 g of fresh dill;
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice;
- salt.
Peel onions, peppers, tomatoes, apples and cucumbers. Chop finely, salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, pour over with oil. The appetizer is almost ready, sprinkle with chopped dill, serve!
