Celery puree is a good alternative to the usual mashed potatoes. Instead of cream, you can take butter for mashed potatoes, but then the mashed potatoes will turn out to be heavier, with cream it turns out to be much softer. Shrimp goes well with this puree.

Make a pocket out of foil, put celery in it, add peeled garlic, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 50 ml of boiled hot water and 1 teaspoon of cream. Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet, add garlic, chili peppers, tomatoes with shrimps in it. Heat over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Now pour the soy sauce into the skillet, simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
