  • For the cream:
  • - 150 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 30 g of sugar;
  • - 30 ml of milk.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160C. We put paper molds in the cupcake mold.

Step 2

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and all seasonings into the middle bowl. Add salt and mix all the ingredients.

Step 3

In a large bowl with a mixer, beat the butter until creamy, add sugar with vanilla extract and beat for another 3 minutes until airy. We beat in eggs one by one, add the banana last and beat the cream again.

Step 4

Pour dry ingredients into the cream and beat quickly. We put the dough in molds and send to the oven for 20 minutes.

Step 5

When the cupcakes are cool, prepare a cream for them: melt butter and chocolate in a water bath, add milk and stir until the cream becomes smooth and shiny. Let the chocolate cream cool for 5 minutes, then cover the muffins with it.
