Pork meat - 500 gr, potatoes - 3 pcs, onions - 2 pcs, carrots - 2 pcs, tomatoes - 2 pcs, herbs, vegetable oil, salt, pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat under cold water and cut into medium-sized pieces. Fry the pork in a frying pan in a little vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and onions. Cut carrots into strips, onions into half rings.
Step 3
Fry the carrots and onions in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Peel the potatoes. Wash tomatoes and potatoes and cut into cubes.

Finely chop the dill and parsley.

Place equal amounts of onions and carrots in the bottom of each pot.

Put the meat on the onion, then potatoes, tomatoes and herbs. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
