Delicious and nutritious omelet is a wonderful and light breakfast. It can be prepared in an original way. Let it take a little more time than when cooking an ordinary omelet, but the dish will add variety to the usual diet and delight you with an extraordinary taste.

- Air omelet:
- ham - 50 g;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Original omelet with chicken and cheese
Prepare the filling for the original omelet. To do this, peel the onion from the husk, chop it finely and fry in sunflower oil. Boil the chicken and cut into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix it with onions and chicken.
Step 2
Break an egg into a bowl, combine it with flour and salt, pour in milk or cream, add a teaspoon of sunflower oil. Beat the mixture well.
Step 3
Pour the omelet into a greased, hot skillet and fry it like a pancake. After one side of the omelet is browned, place the filling in the middle. Roll the omelet like an envelope, turn over and fry the other side until golden brown.
Step 4
Put the finished original omelet on a plate, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and parsley on top, put corn next to it, it will give the dish a piquant taste. Serve with a slice of white or bran bread.
Step 5
Air omelet
Cut the lean ham into small cubes. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Beat an egg, add dried herbs to it.
Step 6
Lubricate the inside of the cup with butter and place the food in it. Put some of the grated cheese first, then some chopped ham, pour the egg on top, put the rest of the ham on top and sprinkle with the cheese.
Step 7
Pour water into a low wide saucepan, put a cup of omelet there, the water should be a few centimeters below the edges of the cup. Bring the water to a boil and cook the omelet in the water bath. The airy original omelet is ready as soon as the cheese melts and forms a tender crust.
The time for steaming the omelet is approximately 15-20 minutes. During cooking, make sure that no water gets on the omelet.

Remove the finished omelet from the cup, sprinkle with chopped herbs, serve with a slice of rye bread.
