With a few eggs in the fridge, you can always make a quick and easy breakfast. The omelet is prepared both from eggs alone and with various additives. Ingredients can be fried separately in a pan and then filled with beaten eggs, or wrapped in the middle of an omelet as a filling.

- egg (3 pieces);
- milk (1 tbsp. l.);
- odorless vegetable oil (1 tbsp. l.);
- salt to taste;
- butter (1 tbsp. l.).
- Omelet with cheese:
- egg (4 pieces);
- white bread (50 g);
- butter (1 tbsp. l.);
- milk (20 g)
- sour cream (1 tbsp. l.);
- salt and pepper.
- Omelet with bacon and sausages:
- egg (6 pieces);
- milk (1/3 cup);
- bacon (50 g);
- sausages (50 g);
- hard cheese (50 g);
- salt and pepper.
- Millet omelet:
- egg (4 pieces);
- millet porridge (150 g);
- sour cream (2 tbsp. l.);
- butter and salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Unflavored omelet: Crush the eggs into a deep bowl. Use a whisk or fork to loosen them. Add milk, salt and beat until fluffy.
Step 2
Heat a skillet with oil. Pour the resulting mass on it and fry over high heat. Use a wooden spatula or spoon to push the thick egg mass from the edges to the middle so that the omelet is evenly fried.
Step 3
Use a spatula or knife to wrap the edges of the omelet on both sides in the middle. Turn the resulting elongated pie seam down onto a warm plate. Brush with a piece of butter on top and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs. Serve the omelette immediately.
Step 4
Cheese omelette Cut the crust from a slice of white bread. Soak the pulp in milk and then mash with a fork. Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites well, and put the yolks on the mashed bread.
Step 5
Grate hard cheese and add it to the yolk-bread mass. Add sour cream. Stir everything well and salt. Stir in the whipped egg whites gently so they don't settle.

Preheat a skillet and brush it with oil. Light the oven. Transfer the scrambled eggs to a hot skillet and place in a preheated oven. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 7 minutes.

Bacon and Sausage Omelet: Finely chop the bacon and sausages. Fry them in a pan.

Beat eggs with milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour it over toasted meat products. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Cover the skillet with a lid and bring the omelette over low heat until cooked. Serve on a plate with fresh herbs and tomatoes.

Millet Omelet: Use the leftover porridge left over from breakfast for this omelet. You will have a hearty and delicious dinner.

Break the eggs into a bowl. Add sour cream to them and beat with a fork. Season with salt and add porridge. Stir everything well.
