    • odorless vegetable oil (1 tbsp. l.);
    • salt to taste;
    • butter (1 tbsp. l.).
    • Omelet with cheese:
    • egg (4 pieces);
    • white bread (50 g);
    • butter (1 tbsp. l.);
    • milk (20 g)
    • sour cream (1 tbsp. l.);
    • salt and pepper.
    • Omelet with bacon and sausages:
    • egg (6 pieces);
    • milk (1/3 cup);
    • bacon (50 g);
    • sausages (50 g);
    • hard cheese (50 g);
    • salt and pepper.
    • Millet omelet:
    • egg (4 pieces);
    • millet porridge (150 g);
    • sour cream (2 tbsp. l.);
    • butter and salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Unflavored omelet: Crush the eggs into a deep bowl. Use a whisk or fork to loosen them. Add milk, salt and beat until fluffy.

Heat a skillet with oil. Pour the resulting mass on it and fry over high heat. Use a wooden spatula or spoon to push the thick egg mass from the edges to the middle so that the omelet is evenly fried.

Use a spatula or knife to wrap the edges of the omelet on both sides in the middle. Turn the resulting elongated pie seam down onto a warm plate. Brush with a piece of butter on top and sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs. Serve the omelette immediately.

Cheese omelette Cut the crust from a slice of white bread. Soak the pulp in milk and then mash with a fork. Separate the yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites well, and put the yolks on the mashed bread.
