Tenderness salad. You will need 2 chicken breasts, boiled with bay leaves and salt, 3 eggs, a can of canned corn, a can of pineapple pieces, hard cheese 100 g. The salad is laid out in layers. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and place them on the bottom of the salad bowl, top with the mayonnaise netting. Mayonnaise is added after each layer. Sprinkle the second layer of corn. Mushroom salad. Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts, 500 g of mushrooms, 2 medium onions, 7-10 walnuts, 3 eggs, mayonnaise, spicy cheese 100 g. Boil the chicken breasts. Chop the onion finely and fry with the mushrooms. This salad is also laid out in layers, which are interspersed with a mayonnaise mesh. Place the diced chicken breast in the bottom of the salad bowl and add the mayonnaise. The second layer is mushrooms. Crush the walnut kernels, fry in a dry skillet and sprinkle with a third layer. The fourth layer is boiled eggs mashed on a coarse grater. Grate the spicy cheese finely and sprinkle on the salad. Before serving, this dish should be infused for about an hour.
Young lady salad. A very simple smoked brisket dish. For him, you need to bake several thin pancakes from kefir, flour and eggs. Cut the pancakes and chicken brisket into strips. Crush a few cloves of garlic in a garlic press, add herbs, salt and mayonnaise to taste. Mix everything. Salad ready!
