You could call this dish "crab meatballs". Cold, this dish is quite tasty, and will not lose its taste, despite the fact that this dish belongs to hot appetizers. An interesting combination of ingredients is used for cooking, thanks to which the dish has a decent taste, which is guaranteed to appeal to lovers of seafood dishes.

It is necessary

  • - 250 g of crab meat (or crab sticks);
  • - ½ cup bread crumbs;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dried basil;
  • - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 hard boiled egg;
  • - 1 raw egg;
  • - juice of ½ lemon;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt, ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the crab meat as finely as you can.

Step 2

Chop a boiled egg with a fork.

Step 3

Combine the minced egg, minced meat, and raw egg.

Step 4

Salt, sprinkle with pepper, add lemon juice, mix everything thoroughly.

Step 5

Combine the breadcrumbs, minced garlic and basil in a bowl.

Step 6

Form balls of minced meat with a wet spoon, dip each in the breading mixture, send to the pan with preheated vegetable oil.

Step 7

Fry each ball on all sides until golden brown. Serve the crab hedgehogs on top of lettuce.
