Step 1

Before brewing coffee, the copper turk should be doused with boiling water. Then pour freshly ground coffee beans into it, fill it with purified spring or filtered water and put on fire. As soon as the coffee boils and begins to rise up with foam, it is necessary to raise the Turk above the stove for a few seconds and when the foam settles, put it back on the fire. This procedure should be done 6-7 times, but more can be done if desired. The longer the coffee boils, the stronger and more bitter it will taste. Next, you need to pour the finished drink into cups into portions. The cups should be half full as there should be room for the milk froth.

Next, you have to prepare delicious milk foam. To do this, pour milk with cream or just cream into a deep metal container. It is almost impossible to whip the foam exclusively from milk, so it is better to do it from cream or in equal proportion with milk, the fat content of which should be at least 3.5%. Place the buttercream mixture on a well-heated stove and bring to a boil. As soon as the milk mass begins to boil, take a mixer or blender and beat until a thick foam is obtained.

The resulting foam should be put on the surface of the brewed and poured coffee. This is done gently with a tablespoon or spatula. On top, if desired and taste, you can pour ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger and sugar.
