It is necessary

  • - 1 can of condensed milk (380 g);
  • - 4 packs of butter cookies (200 g each);
  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - 6 quail eggs;
  • - 2 tbsp. l. jam syrup;
  • - 3 tsp cocoa powder.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the butter out of the refrigerator to warm up.

Step 2

Wash quail eggs thoroughly with soap and water.

Step 3

Pour a can of condensed milk into a deep bowl, put melted butter there, break the quail eggs, add syrup and cocoa powder. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Step 4

Grate cookies into a separate container (or pass them through a meat grinder). Put some of the crushed biscuits in a bowl to roll over the finished cakes.

Step 5

Pour the mass from the first bowl into a container with chopped cookies and carefully discard everything.

Step 6

Form cakes from the resulting mass (from the specified number of products, about 15 pieces are obtained).

Step 7

Dip the shaped brownies in the left pastry.

Now you can start decorating the cakes. To do this, you can use butter, for example, make flowers or other figures using a pastry syringe. You can also use colored butter.
