Semolina porridge is easy, and most importantly, it is quick to cook. This is a great breakfast for the whole family, and small children love the semolina with fruit.

- 1 cup semolina
- 5 glasses of milk
- 1 st. a spoonful of butter
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of granulated sugar
- salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil milk in an aluminum or non-stick container. Milk must be stirred periodically, as it can burn and then the taste of the porridge will deteriorate.
Step 2
Pour semolina into boiling milk in a thin stream with continuous stirring. You can stir with a regular spoon, whisk or mixer turned on at the lowest setting.
Step 3
Cook over low heat for about ten minutes, stirring occasionally. After the porridge has thickened, add sugar and salt. Stir and remove from heat. Add butter, cover and let stand for five minutes.
Step 4
Before serving, the porridge can be garnished with fruit or jam. Serve with a butter and cheese sandwich.
