Instructions

Step 1

Oven baked carbonate Rinse the carbonate, pat dry and sprinkle with salt. Melt the butter and pour over the meat. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees, put the chop on a baking sheet and place in the oven to bake. Do not forget to periodically water the meat with the resulting juice. Cut the finished chop into slices. Strain the juice remaining after baking and pour over the meat. For a side dish, cook boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes or stewed cabbage. Separately, you can serve fresh and lightly salted cucumbers, red cabbage and pickled apples.

Step 2

Charcoal baked with prunes Wash the chop and pat dry with a napkin. Season with salt and flour. Heat the fat vigorously in a skillet and fry the meat on all sides. Then transfer to a baking sheet, add the remaining fat after frying and three to four tablespoons of water. Place in the oven on medium heat and bake, sprinkling with sauce often. When the chop is almost soft, place the rinsed prunes on the baking sheet. Bake with meat. As the sauce evaporates, add water to swell the prunes. Remove the finished carbonade from the oven and cut into thin slices, put on a dish, garnish with prunes and pour over the sauce. Serve with boiled or fried potatoes and red cabbage topped with wine.

Step 3

Carbonade under the “fur coat” Wash and dry the carbonade well. Cut into portions and beat lightly. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Place the pieces of meat in a baking dish, salt and sprinkle with the onion and garlic mixture so that the chops are completely covered. Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into strips and place on an onion-garlic layer. Grate the cheese and place on top of the potatoes. Pour sour cream over everything and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake until tender.
