Instructions

Step 1

Salmon meat is not only tasty and nutritious, but also healthy. It contains a large amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids - "Omega-3". When ingested, they help regulate blood cholesterol levels and strengthen blood vessels. In addition, they prevent the development of cancer, especially the female reproductive system. Scientists say that with regular consumption of salmon meat, the chance of getting sunburn on the beach while relaxing is minimized.

Step 2

Boiled salmon

First of all, you need to properly cut the salmon. To do this, clean the fish from the scales, remove the gills so that the broth does not turn out cloudy. Remove the insides and rinse the salmon thoroughly in cold water. Dry with a clean paper towel, cut into small pieces and transfer to an enamel bowl. Add salt, bay leaves, pepper, finely chopped onions and water. Put on low heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 30-40 minutes. The salmon head should be boiled for 10-15 minutes longer. Remove the boiled fish from the broth, arrange it beautifully on a plate and sprinkle with fresh herbs - parsley and dill.

Step 3

Salmon ear

Pour water into a saucepan, add small diced potatoes, salt, pepper and bay leaf. Optionally, add finely chopped or coarsely grated carrots. Put on low heat, bring to a boil, let it simmer for 10 minutes, then put salmon, chopped into portions. Continue cooking for about 30 minutes, covered with a lid. Leave the prepared ear to infuse for 1 hour. Then pour into deep plates, putting in each a piece of fish and 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
