Instructions
Step 1
Blueberry Jelly Jam
Go through and rinse the berry, dry it by sprinkling it on a towel. Boil water, add blueberries, bring to a boil again and add sugar. Boil the mixture again and reduce heat. Cook the jam for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon and skimming off the froth.
Step 2
Pour the hot mixture into sterilized jars and roll them up with lids. Turn the jars over, cool completely, and then store in a cool place. If you plan on using the jam soon, you don't need to roll it up. Cover containers with glass or rubber lids and store in the refrigerator.
Step 3
Blueberry jam with lemon
Rinse and dry blueberries. Crush a glass of berries with a crush or grind in a blender. Mix sugar with water and, stirring, cook until the crystals are completely dissolved. Add the berry puree, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Pour whole blueberries into the syrup, stir and leave for 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Place the container with the jam on the stove, bring it to a boil, and then cook for 20-25 minutes until thickened. Check the readiness of the product by dripping the jam on a saucer. At the end of cooking, add lemon juice, stir well and cool the jam. Place it in sterilized jars and roll up the lids. Store the jars in a cool place.
Step 5
Blueberry jam with honey
Go through and wash the blueberries and pat dry on a towel. Put the berries in an enamel container - a saucepan or basin. Mash the blueberries lightly to let them juice. Place the container on the stove, bring to a boil and cook the berries, stirring gently. Gradually add honey to them, and then pour in rum. The jam should thicken. Check its readiness by dropping a little on a saucer - the finished jam should not spread.
Step 6
Pour the finished product into sterilized jars and roll up the lids. Turn the jars upside down, let the jam cool, and then put it in storage.
