Rinse the bluefoot mushrooms thoroughly, sort out, cover with water and bring to a boil. After that, immediately drain the water, pour clean water into a saucepan with mushrooms, bring to a boil. Drain, refill with water a third time, add a small amount of salt. Cook the blue feet for 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Drain the water from the finished mushrooms, transfer the blue feet to the pan without adding oil. Stir the mushrooms from time to time - all excess liquid should evaporate from the mushrooms.
Step 3
As soon as the water evaporates, add vegetable oil to the pan, fry the mushrooms until cooked, they should become a beautiful dark color.
Step 4
Rinse a bunch of fresh dill, chop the amount of herbs you need. Cool the fried bluefoot mushrooms, season with sour cream, stir. Season with salt to taste, add chopped fresh dill, stir again.

A simple and delicious bluefoot snack is ready, you can serve it to the table. This appetizer goes well with boiled potatoes.
