In the summer, when mushrooms are plentiful, one question arises: how to cook them? Chanterelles in sour cream - this is a well-known story for a long time, but you want something new. In the summer, large groups of friends gather more and more often, and so I want to surprise everyone. What if you make a mushroom stew with ham and cheese? The gourmet dish will appeal to everyone.

- 1kg fresh mushrooms,
- 250g ham
- 100g hard cheese
- 8 eggs
- 8 tablespoons of cream
- 4 tablespoons of butter,
- 2 medium onions
- a bunch of parsley
- salt,
- ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and rinse the mushrooms.
Step 2
Cut them into slices.
Step 3
Take the ham and cut it into strips.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion. When slicing onions, the knife blade should be periodically moistened in cold water. Then your eyes will not respond to the bow.
Step 5
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan and put it on medium heat. When the oil is hot, add mushrooms, ham and onions to the pan. Mix everything, fry a little and add cream, salt and pepper.

Mix thoroughly and simmer over low heat for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Divide the resulting stew into soufflé tins. Make a small hole in the center of each portion and send one egg there.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 9
Take the cheese and grate it on a medium-sized grater. Sprinkle the stew with grated cheese.
Step 10
Bake the stew in the oven for ten minutes.
Step 11
The stew should be served hot and directly in the tins. Top with chopped parsley.
