Champignons are my favorite mushrooms, they have an appetizing delicate smell. It should also be noted that they are useful, rich in amino acids and active substances. They have a beneficial effect on the cardiovascular and nervous system. Very easy to prepare.

It is necessary

  • - champignons 500 grams;
  • - onions 2 pcs;
  • - 4 cloves of garlic;
  • - greens;
  • - sunflower oil;
  • - sour cream 200 grams;
  • - salt and ground pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the champignons thoroughly. Let the mushrooms dry evenly on a towel or plate. Then cut them into slices. Pour boiling water over the mushrooms and let them dry out.

Take onion and garlic, wash. Chop the onion into rings and finely chop the garlic. Fry in a preheated skillet. You need to fry for about 5-7 minutes, until a pleasant smell appears.

Step 3

Pour the mushrooms that are already dry and ready for frying into a frying pan with vegetables. Add sour cream and fry mushrooms and vegetables for another 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
