You can prepare the filling by mixing sauerkraut and fresh cabbage in equal proportions.

Divide the chilled dough into two parts, one of which is smaller. Grease a baking dish with butter and flour. Roll out most of the dough and place on the bottom of the mold, slightly lifting at the edges to form the sides. Place the cabbage filling on top. Roll the remaining dough into a layer and cover the filling. Make a small hole in the center of the cake and insert a small funnel made of foil or baking paper into it. This is done so that the filling "breathes" and the bottom layer of the dough is not wet. Brush a raw cake with egg yolk and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes in the oven. Remove the finished cake and remove it from the mold. Cover with a napkin and let cool.
