Therefore, it is recommended for those who want to lose weight or not gain weight. Bran is also used in the diet for weight loss, but it also heals the body, helping it to get rid of harmful substances.

Thus, both bran and fiber are important for health. Therefore, it is better to combine them or use them alternately. But you should not eat more than fifty grams of this or that product (or two together) per day.

For more effective action, both products must first swell (therefore, the bran is soaked in water, kefir, and fiber is added to yogurt or other dishes). And be sure to drink plenty of fluids along with fiber or bran.
