It is necessary

  • - blender
  • - bananas 3 pcs.
  • - kiwi 2 pcs.
  • - cream 250 ml.
  • - cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
  • - cinnamon (pinch)
  • - ground nutmeg (pinch)
  • - carrots 1 pc.
  • - green apple of the Granny Smith variety 1 pc.
  • - orange 1 pc.
  • - orange juice 300 ml.
  • - muesli 3 tbsp. l.
  • - pear 1 pc.
  • - strawberries 10 berries
  • - blueberries 10 berries
  • - vanillin

Instructions

Step 1

Chocolate mood. Peel the banana, cut into slices and freeze lightly in the refrigerator. Combine the banana, cream and cocoa in a blender. Add a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg and stir again.

Step 2

The taste of summer. Grate peeled carrots and green apple. Peel the orange (or tangerine) and cut into small pieces. Mix everything in a blender until mushy, pour over with orange juice and stir again.

Step 3

Blende yoghurt. Peel the banana and kiwi, cut them into small pieces, put them in a blender, pour over the cream and stir. The sourness of kiwi fruit makes you feel like you are drinking yogurt.

Step 4

The benefits of cereals. In a blender, combine the finely chopped pear, banana, cream and 3 tablespoons of muesli. Instead of muesli, you can use quick-cooking oatmeal. To do this, they must be crushed to a powder state.

Step 5

Berry kiss. Defrost blueberries and strawberries, mash the berries with a spoon until puree. Add a pinch of vanillin and blend in milk or cream.
