If you are already fed up with ordinary cutlets, then try grilling cutlets. This dish is endowed with incomparable taste and divine aroma. It can radically change your attitude towards cutlets in general in a positive way.
It is necessary
- - pepper - to taste;
- - salt - to taste;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon;
- - butter - 2 tablespoons;
- - milk - 2 tablespoons;
- - onions - 2 pcs;
- - beef - 400 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat in running water, cut it into pieces, twist these pieces in a meat grinder. Season with pepper and salt, add milk and mix well.
Step 2
Peel the onion, chop it finely. Heat the butter in a frying pan, place the chopped onion and sauté until the mixture becomes slightly transparent and soft.
Step 3
Form one centimeter thick flat cakes from the minced meat, put fried onions in the middle of each improvised flat cake and pinch the edges.
Step 4
Grease the grill rack with vegetable oil, place the cutlets on it and fry, for example, over hot coals until tender, sometimes turning over.
Step 5
You can serve grilled cutlets with rice, buckwheat, boiled or crushed potatoes. It will not be superfluous to additionally prepare a light tomato salad.
