Sliced vegetables, decorated with a small number of details made from products that differ in color from the main content of the dish, will decorate the table and cheer up the participants in the meal. In order not to increase the number of colors used in the design, it is worth using dishes of a neutral color for vegetables.

Instructions

Step 1

Before serving, vegetables are often cut into circles, which can serve as a basic element for a decorative composition. Cut a fresh cucumber or radish in this way. Remove the top of the radish, to which the tops were attached, and cut off the tail. Place the vegetables on the serving platter overlapping to create several round groups of slices.

Step 2

Wash fresh bell peppers and gently remove the seed inside. As you cut the vegetable in a circle, turn the pepper into a long, thin ribbon. Fill the gaps between the round groups of other vegetables with pepper. For radishes, yellow pepper is suitable, surround the cucumber slices with red. If the dish is large enough, you can combine different colored groups of different vegetables on it.

Step 3

Sweet peppers, cut into rings or half rings, can be combined with flower-themed décor. Place the vegetables on a platter, filling part of it with red rings and part of it with yellow rings. Leave about a third of the surface of the dish for decoration.

Step 4

Place groups of medium-sized radish circles on the free part of the dish to get flowers. For the middle of the flower, you can use a circle cut from the side of a radish covered with a bright skin. Attach the flowers to the stems of fine green onion feathers. Use a few short, wide, darker colored feathers to add leaves to the composition.

Step 5

You can arrange tomatoes in the form of flowers. Cut off the edge of the vegetable to which the twig was attached, and divide the tomato into eight vertical slices. Spoon the pulp with a spoon and place the slices on a platter to create a flower with narrow petals.

Step 6

Surround the randomly arranged pepper straws to keep the petals from falling apart.

Step 7

Red tomato slices can be decorated with green onion feathers. Place the tomatoes on a platter, leaving some space around the edges. Select undamaged feathers and trim off the bottom of the feathers to trim the length of the greens. Disassemble the onions into several bunches and place them on the edges of the tomato dish so that the ends of the feathers from the individual bunches intersect.
