Cakes are a delicacy that many people prepare for almost any occasion. If you often bake cakes and decorations from various creams, you are fed up, then try decorating the dessert with fruits, such as bananas.

There are several ways you can decorate your cake with bananas. The easiest way is to place thinly sliced banana wedges on top of the cake in a random pattern. All that is required for this is to peel the banana, cut it across into thin circles, lay it on the surface of the cake in any order, then gently grease each circle with lemon juice (this is required so that the slices do not darken over time, but all remain so the same mouth-watering).

The next way to decorate a cake with bananas is to put a shape, such as a flower, out of banana slices on the surface of the dessert. To put the flower on baking, peel the banana, cut it in half first, then cut each of the halves lengthwise into thin long plates. Grease each plate with lime juice, then place the resulting slices on the cake so that they touch one edge in the very center of the cake, while the other "looks" in different directions. Finally, sprinkle the cake with chocolate chips.

Another option is to garnish the cake with bananas in jelly. To do this, take a saucepan, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the cake, pour orange juice into it and pour gelatin (50 grams of gelatin per liter of juice), let the gelatin swell (you must leave the mixture for 30 minutes). After that, place the pan in a water bath, completely dissolve the gelatin and add sugar (to taste). Cool the mixture to 50 degrees, then put the pre-cut bananas into it and let the mixture freeze completely. After the mixture has completely solidified, remove it from the pan and place it gently on top of the cake.
