Hot Green Bean Salad Recipe

A hot salad can replace a full meal. We suggest preparing a delicious salad with chicken and beans. We will prepare a special dressing sauce for this salad.

We will need:

- 250 g chicken fillet;

- 500 g of green beans;

- onion, bell pepper;

- vegetable oil.

For the dressing sauce:

- 50 ml of hot water;

- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of balsamic vinegar;

- pepper, salt for an amateur.

Boil the beans for a couple of minutes, they should be a little hard. Drain the water. Rinse the chicken fillet, pat dry, cut into strips, brown until golden brown. Peel the bell pepper and onion, cut like chicken. Add oil to the skillet, fry the onions and peppers until soft, put the beans, simmer together for five minutes, covered with a lid.

Prepare a dressing. Mix balsamic vinegar with hot water, salt and pepper. Add your favorite spices if desired. The dressing should turn out to be salty, because meat and vegetables do not need to be salted. Pour the dressing over the salad, stir. Serve warm.
