Rub the garlic with cheese and boiled eggs on a grater. Then cut the boiled sausages, potatoes and chicken into small cubes. Put all the resulting ingredients in a salad bowl, add green peas and season everything well with mayonnaise.

Don't forget to garnish the salad with chopped herbs.

If you love seafood, try making a mussel salad. To do this, finely chop 2 boiled eggs. Also rinse and chop a bunch of dill, 2 peeled onions and 200g green salad. Mix the above products and add to them 200 g of canned peas and 300 g of boiled mussels, as well as 2 tbsp. vegetable oil. Salt everything to taste and season the salad with mayonnaise.
