Juicy and aromatic pork loin in orange sauce can become the main dish for a festive table. The recipe includes both fresh orange juice and slices. The spicy and caramel flavor of the meat is set off by cinnamon and cloves. Garlic and hot red pepper will give a completely harmonious spice.

- 1 glass of orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 carnation stars;
- 1/6 pod of hot red pepper;
- 3 teaspoons cornstarch
- 0.5 cups of water;

Step 1
Combine orange and pineapple juices in a saucepan.

Add cinnamon, cloves and a pinch of sugar.

Add hot pepper in one piece.

Dilute the starch with water.

Put a frying pan on low heat and, heating the sauce, pour in the starch.

Peel the orange and cut into pieces.
