Homemade wine is easy to prepare. At the same time, you will be sure that the alcoholic drink is obtained exclusively from natural ingredients. If you use chokeberry berries as a base, then the wine will have a pleasant tart taste.

- - black chokeberry (250 g);
- - granulated sugar (240 g);
- –Pure water (1-1.5 l);
- –Fresh cherry leaves (70 pcs.);
- - citric acid (2 g);
- - half a liter of vodka.

Step 1
When preparing wine, the most important rule is careful observance of the recipe and proportions. The taste of the drink depends on this. Prepare all the ingredients first. Chokeberry berries should be ripe and have a firm skin. Take chokeberry and rinse well under warm water. Place in a deep saucepan.

Next, wash each cherry leaf and add to the pot as well. Cover with water and then cook over low heat for about 10-15 minutes. The resulting liquid must be filtered through several layers of gauze so that no sediment remains from the berries.
Step 3
Pour the drink into a separate saucepan, add sugar, and then citric acid. Continue simmering for another 15-20 minutes. Wait for it to cool completely.
Step 4
Open the vodka bottle and pour into the chokeberry syrup, water, sugar and citric acid.
Step 5
The finished wine is bottled in bottles of any size, which must first be rinsed. Cork each bottle tightly. The wine is infused for two or three weeks in a cool dark place. Check the drink periodically for the amount of sugar and taste. Adjust the recipe later if necessary.
