This dish is perfect as a dessert for a festive event. Thanks to wine and spices, the pear acquires an interesting taste and amazing aroma. A scoop of vanilla ice cream offered to her will make the dessert even more tender.
It is necessary
- - 3 pears;
- - 500 ml of red wine;
- - 1 stick of cinnamon;
- - vanilla pod;
- - 130 g of sugar;
- - icing sugar for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Pick three tough pears of the same size, peel them, but do not cut the stem off. Place them in a deep saucepan - they should fit entirely in it.
Step 2
Add a vanilla pod and a cinnamon stick to the pears, sprinkle with sugar and cover with red wine. Put on low heat and simmer without a lid for about half an hour.
Step 3
After the allotted time, take out the fruit and put it on beautiful saucers. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sorbet next to it. Sprinkle a little caster sugar over the pears and serve for dessert.
