It is necessary
- - 300 ml of fresh orange juice;
- - 200 ml of low-fat cream;
- - 200 ml of milk;
- - 1 PC. egg;
- - 20 g of sugar;
- - 1 PC. orange;
- - 100 g fresh mint.

Step 1
First you need to prepare all the ingredients. Cream and milk should be cold, so refrigerate for a couple of hours before starting cooking. Orange juice, on the other hand, should be at room temperature.
Step 2
Whisk the cooled cream in a blender cup until frothy, gradually add milk to it. In a separate cup, combine warm orange juice and sugar. Add the egg to the cream and stir again.
Step 3
Combine orange juice and cream with milk. The juice should be poured into the cream in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Add the mint, minced in a blender. Mix everything well and refrigerate.
Step 4
Wash and dry the orange. Cut it into two halves. Cut one half with a sharp knife into neat circles. Peel the other half and finely chop the pulp. Add the pulp to the cold shake and stir. Pour into glasses and garnish with orange wedges.
