A new trend that is common in many bars, coffee houses and restaurants is alcoholic cocktails based on coffee or tea, presented on the menu. Decorating and serving is an important element in creating such a cocktail. The decoration of the drink should not interfere with drinking it, and, of course, it should correspond to the components from which the cocktail is mixed. We offer a choice of three tea-based cocktail recipes.
How to make a tea flip
Structure:
- 500 ml of strong tea;
- 50 g of honey;
- 50 ml of liquor;
- 2 egg yolks;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- fresh lemon.
Add honey to hot tea, stir, cool.
Beat sugar and yolks separately, pour in lemon juice, liqueur. Whisk the cooled tea with the egg mixture, pour into glasses, serve immediately.
How to make a Carmen cocktail
Structure:
- 60 ml of strong tea;
- 50 ml of pomegranate juice;
- 30 ml of Galliano liqueur;
- food ice.
Mix liquor, tea and pomegranate juice in a mixer. Thirty seconds will be enough.
Pour the cocktail into glasses, add food ice. Decorate as you see fit.
How to make a Juliet cocktail
Structure:
- 100 ml of cold tea;
- 30 ml of raspberry liqueur;
- 10 ml of whipped cream;
- 1 yolk;
- ice.
Mix raspberry liqueur, tea, egg yolk in a shaker instead of with ice. The drink should be frothy.
Strain the drink, pour it into a glass. Garnish with whipped cream.
