Among the recipes for cocktails made from vegetables, the most popular is a drink made from carrots. Surprisingly, not only non-alcoholic light cocktails can be prepared from carrots, but also with the addition of wine and liqueurs. Consider several recipes for low-alcohol carrot cocktails.
Cocktail "Sweet Dream"
Structure:
- 500 g of carrots;
- 500 g of apples;
- 500 ml of table white wine;
- 500 ml of water;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
Cut apples, cover with water, put on fire. Remove the pan from the stove, when the water boils, cool, set aside for 2 hours.
Grate freshly peeled carrots and squeeze out the juice. Strain the apple infusion, mix with carrot juice, pour in white wine, add sugar, stir.
Chill the drink, serve in wide glasses.
Cocktail "Pink Dream"
Structure:
- 150 g of carrots;
- 100 g of beets;
- 200 ml of water;
- 30 ml of lemon alcoholic liqueur;
- 30 g horseradish;
- ice, sugar, salt.
Squeeze juice from vegetables, mix with water and gravy, add salt and sugar to taste.
Chill cocktail, serve in a glass over ice.
